Advance registration is now closed. Please come to the meeting anyway and we will register you at the door.

Parking: You do not have to register your car for parking. Parking is available in the Flagg Road Lot, as well as the Fine Arts Lot. Both are about a 5 minute walk to the venue. There is also parking along Flagg Road, which should be available. Spaces are available on both sides of the road. There are also 4 handicap parking spaces located next to CBLS, indicated by a black arrow in the photomap below. Parking locations are marked by red, CBLS by blue. For the Fine Arts Lot, student parking is the lot accessible from Flagg Rd (circled in the picture). The other side (accessible from Bill Rd) is Staff Parking and is NOT permitted. If you park on the staff side you may get ticketed by the Campus Police.
We would also like to encourage anyone who has lanyards from other meetings/nametag holders to bring them along! We also encourage everyone to bring mugs and water bottles from home to reduce waste.
